Chaeyeon/ Jung Chae Yeon (DIA)

Jung Chae Yeon (정채연) is a South Korean singer, songwriter and actress under BH Entertainment. She is a member of the girl group DIA and its sub-unit BCHCS and a former member of the project group I.O.I.

She made her debut as a member of the girl group DIA on September 14, 2015, with the release of their first studio album, Do It Amazing.

In 2016, she and fellow member Huihyeon appeared on Mnet's new survival reality program Produce 101. She ended the survival in seventh place, earning her a spot in the project girl group I.O.I.

On May 4, 2016, I.O.I released the mini album Chrysalis, which included the title tune "Dream Girls."

She made her acting debut in tvN's Drinking Solo on June 30, 2016.
