Yeri 예리 (Red Velvet)

Kim Yerim (Hangul: 김예림, born March 5, 1999), also known as Yeri, is a South-Korean singer and dancer. Yeri joined SM Entertainment after auditioning at the SM Weekly Audition in 2011. She is the maknae of the South Korean girl group Red Velvet and was introduced to the group as a new addition on March 10, 2015.

Yeri auditioned for SM Entertainment in 2011 during their SM Weekly Audition and passed. Yeri was part of the SM Entertainment pre debut team, SMROOKIES. During the SM Town Live World Tour IV, Yeri performed alongside other female SMROOKIES.

On March 11, 2015, Yeri was introduced as the newest member of Red Velvet. She made her official debut as a member on March 17, 2015 with the group's first mini album Ice Cream Cake.

Yeri was one of the MC's for MBC's music show, Show! Music Core from May 9 to November 15 alongside Minho from SHINee and N from VIXX. In May 2016, she became an MC alongside Leeteuk for SM's web variety show, The Visible SM. J-Min and Shim Eun Jee released the music video for the digital single, "Way Back Home", which featured Yeri as the female lead. On March 20, 2018, the SBS variety department announced that Yeri would be part of the cast for the Thailand edition of Law of the Jungle.[8] In April 2018, it was announced that Yeri would be taking part of the JTBC variety show, Secret Unnie, where she would be partnered with Han Chae-young On December 13, 2018.

On May 2020, SM Entertainment announced that Yeri would be hosting her own web show, Yeri's Room, which would air on DUM DUM Studio. The first episode of the first season aired on June 8 until December 23. On December 10, it was announced that Yeri's Room would be returning soon with their second season sometime in February 2021. On March 5, 2021, DUM DUM Studio announced that the production of the second season of Yeri's Room had been canceled due to unforeseen business circumstances of SM C&C.

Yeri made her acting debut on the fourth season's first episode, Mint Condition, of tvN's drama, Drama Stage 2021.[13] On April 7, SM Entertainment made a statement stating that Yeri had been casted for the main lead of the web drama Blue Birthday.

On August 22, 2022, SM revealed that the next STATION release is "Nap Fairy", which is a collab between Yeri and Sam Kim and will be released on August 25.
