– In 2012, she finished in second place on K-Pop Star against Park Jimin and was then signed to YG Ent.
– Hi was supposed to replace Park Jimin in the girl group formed by K-Pop Star but they disbanded and she became a solo artist
– She officially debuted as a solo artist with the song “1, 2, 3, 4” October 28, 2012
– Her second single “Scarecrow” was released November 22, 2012
– Lee Hi’s full album “First Love” was released March 28, 2013 with the title song “Rose”
