Fukutomi Tsuki (Korean: 후쿠토미츠키; Japanese: 福富月) is a Japanese singer and model currently under MYSTIC Story. She is one of the main dancers and sub vocalists of the South Korean girl group Billlie and a former member of the Japanese girl group 7+ME LINK and its sub-unit MAGICOUR.

2020: MYSTIC Rookies, MAGICOUR, 7+ME LINK

Tsuki was officially revealed as a member of MYSTIC Rookies on February 19, 2020.

On November 25, using the stage name TARU, she debuted as an original member of the Japanese girl group MAGICOUR, a sub-unit of its parent group 7+ME LINK, with the single "MAGIC". However, she graduated from the group on December 15 of the same year.

2021: Debut with Billlie

On September 29, 2021, Tsuki was confirmed as the second member of Billlie. The group debuted on November 10 with their first mini album The Billage of Perception : Chapter One.

2023: Show Champion

On January 26, 2023, it was announced that Tsuki, along with Sua and woo!ah!'s Nana, would become the new MCs for MBC's music program Show Champion. Their first broadcast as MCs took place on February 6.

Tsuki is the main dancer and sub vocalist of the group. She is one of the two Japanese members in Billlie. She is a fan of Twice, Shinee, and Blackpink. She is a former SM Entertainment trainee. Prior to her debut with Billlie, she also performed on stage as a backup dancer for EXILE. Her favorite colors are pink and red. Her favorite foods are braised short ribs and ramen noodles. Her hobbies include watching cartoons, drawing, painting, and playing games.
