Kim Si Yoon (김시윤) is a South Korean singer under MYSTIC Story. Siyoon is the second youngest member in the group. She is the main rapper and lead dancer of Billlie. She started as a child model. She was a model for a Pop Teen magazine in Korea prior to Billlie's debut. She passed the audition to join Mystic Story in April 2019 and joined the agency at the same time as Haram.

On September 30, 2021, Siyoon was confirmed as the third member of Billlie. The group debuted on November 10 with their first mini album The Billage of Perception : Chapter One.
