Kei/ Kim Ji-yeon (ex. Lovelyz)

Kei (케이) is a South Korean singer and musical actress under A2Z Entertainment. She is also a former member of the girl group Lovelyz.

As a soloist, she goes by her real name, Kim Ji Yeon. She made her solo debut on October 8, 2019 with the mini album Over and Over.

2014: Debut with Lovelyz

She debuted as a member of Lovelyz on November 12, 2014 with the group's first album Girls' Invasion.

2019: Solo debut

She made her solo debut on October 8, 2019 with her first mini album Over and Over.

2021: Departure from Woollim

On November 16, 2021, Lovelyz went on indefinite hiatus after the members' contracts expired. She decided to not renew her contract with Woollim.

2022: Agency changes

On January 10, 2022, it was announced that she has signed an exclusive contract with Palmtree Island to promote as a musical actress.

On September 27, 2022, Palmtree Island announced that Kei would be leaving the agency after nine months at the end of the month.

On December 2, 2022, Kei signed an exclusive contract with A2Z Entertainment and is in the final stage of preparations to release a new album in the near future.

2023: Queendom Puzzle

On April 24, it was reported that Kei would be partaking in the survival show Queendom Puzzle as a contestant.
