Cho Hyun Young (조현영; also known simply as Hyunyoung) is a South Korean singer and actress. She was a member of the girl group Rainbow and its subunits Rainbow Pixie and Rainbow Blaxx until their disbandment in 2016.

2009–2016: Rainbow, sub-units
She debuted as a member of Rainbow on November 12, 2009 with the group's first mini album Gossip Girl.
On January 12, 2012, she debuted as a member of the group's first sub-unit Rainbow Pixie.
Hyunyoung debuted as a member of Rainbow's second sub-unit, Rainbow Blaxx, on January 20, 2014.
On October 28, 2016, DSP Media announced that Rainbow would be disbanding after seven years after all of the members decided not to renew their contracts with the agency.
2016–present: New agency, 10th anniversary
On January 23, 2017, a representative from Mama Creative revealed that Hyunyoung had signed on with the agency, where she would begin focusing on acting.
In 2019, Rainbow reformed to celebrate their tenth-anniversary since debut with the special single album "Over The Rainbow".
On December 23, 2019, STX Lionheart Entertainment announced that she had signed on with the agency.

On October 16, 2015, it was announced that Hyunyoung and Clazziquai member Alex were dating.
On February 20, 2017, it was announced the couple had broken up after 16 months of dating due to busy schedules.
