Jihyo/ Park Ji-hyo (TWICE)

Park Jisoo (Hangul: 박지수), generally known as Jihyo, was born in Guri, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea on February 1, 1997. She became well-known as the leader and main vocalist of the JYP Entertainment girl group TWICE.

Jihyo entered a Junior Naver contest for a kid role while she was in third grade. JYP Entertainment scouted her when she finished second. She officially joined the company on July 15, 2005, and was a trainee for over 10 years.

Jihyo debuted as a member of TWICE after appearing as a contestant on the program SIXTEEN in 2015, where she finished fifth.

Jihyo made her composer debut on TWICE's latest album 'Formula of Love.'

She will make her solo debut on August 18, 2023 with the mini album Zone.

On May 5, 2015, she became a contestant on JYP's newest survival show, SIXTEEN. She finished the survival in 8th place, hence becoming a member of the girl group TWICE. The group officially debuted on October 20, 2015 with their first mini album The Story Begins.

On June 5, 2023, TWICE's social media accounts posted teasers announcing Jihyo's solo debut, which is scheduled for sometime in August 2023. On June 26, it was announced that Jihyo will be debuting on August 18 with her first mini album, Zone.

On August 5, 2019, local news source Dispatch reported that she and soloist Kang Daniel were dating. Later that day, the reports were confirmed by both agencies. It was also revealed the two were introduced to each other through 2AM's Seulong.

On November 9, 2020, JYP Entertainment confirmed that the couple had broken up due to busy schedules.
