Do-Yeon exercise includes:
Morning Practice
The early routine will be our cardio, or you can say dance routine. We will do two hours of dance instruction in the morning; you can choose to learn any style you want to learn.
The goal is to get that cardio in, and with dance, you can get your cardio, work your core, and increase your flexibility. So it’s more helpful than just doing basic cardio workouts like running, biking.
Evening Program
In the nighttime routine, we will be doing the Pilates routine, as that’s what Doyeon does. I don’t know the length of her Pilates class, but I would say an hour of Pilates exercise would be enough to give you a body like her.
Many celebrities and almost every K-pop girl’s idols do Pilates workouts, and I even suggest doing Pilates to many girls that want a lean body shape. So you can follow this routine without having any doubt in your thoughts.
Doyeon also has shared a post of her doing a Pilates session on her Instagram; you can click here to check it out.
